Consultants

Consultants deliver our work and shape how the firm evolves. They hold 50 percent of the voting power and receive 25 percent of profits. This recognises their leadership in both client delivery and cooperative governance.
Partners

Partners are responsible for governance and long term direction. They hold 50 percent of the voting power and receive 25 percent of the profit share. Their role is to protect integrity, uphold strategy and steward the cooperative over time.
